At the ESTA Finland 54th Annual Conference, August 28 – 30, 2026 in Helsinki, Finland, both Gerianne Wigboldus and Jeanne Porcino Dolamore and Karen Davy will be present with workshops regarding the Havas New Approach.

Gerianne Wigboldus will give a workshop on Embodied freedom in string teaching: The core principles of the Havas New Approach in practice.

At the same conference, Jeanne Porcino Dolamore and Karen Davy will present findings of an ongoing research project which examines the life, writings, and pedagogical legacy of Kató Havas, titled Tracing the Legacy of Kató Havas: Biography, Pedagogy, and Contemporary Evolution of the New Approach to Violin Playing.
