Kató Havas in the Bodleian Archive

The Bodleian Archive of the University of Oxford, Oxford (UK) comprises various documents and other material relating to the life and career of Kató Havas, including a small amount of correspondence and concert ephemera, photographs, and articles about Havas and her philosophy of music teaching, as laid out in her book A New Approach to violin playing. There are also copies of her books and other writings in various languages and material relating to the Purbeck Music Festival which Kató Havas founded and directed.
